A few people have reached out to me and asked about dividend yielding stocks and whether or not they are worth thinking about and looking into.
My usual response is that I am not an Independent Financial Advisor and am therefore not allowed to give out any advice what so ever with regards to investments and bits and pieces like that. This also appplies to this article and any other written article or audio content that you might hear from me on this Substack.
All of that being said, my position in the stock market is very small but I have started to look more and more at various companies on both the FTSE100 and FTSE250.
As an avid reader and listener of The Contrarian Capitalist, you will know that there is more than likely a commodities bull market on the way. Therefore, when looking at stocks, I’m mainly looking at the industry that they are in and looking at what that industry is probably going to look like in the next 10 years.
This isn’t about being right or wrong, it’s about looking at the potential, the possibility and doing what works for you.
